Sean Patrick Folster loves acting. Period. He's been at it for almost 26 years, in plays, musicals, t.v. and film. He has read any and every book about it worth considering, and he is proud to have studied with some of the finest teachers (Bill Esper, Eric Morris, Terry Schreiber and Larry Moss among them) and continues to seek ways to grow and learn. Most recently, Sean has appeared in the festival-bound "Swimming To France", "Carter" and is signed on to play Yosif in the Moon Brothers' feature-film release "Under Jakob's Ladder". Also a screenwriter and a Detroit boy originally (and proud Red Wings fan), he now lives in the Bronx.

Sean is an intense presence, and brings that intensity to bear on his work. While he specializes in darker characters with edge (be they dramatic or comedic), he is also very deft at accents and different physical types, making him particularly versatile and marketable. He is right at home with realism or heightened material, and his facility with language and capacity to find humor in even the most arid of circumstances gives him startling range and nuance. All that, and he's a pro who brings an aura of humor and purpose to the set.
